Enterprise Software Takes Center Stage at InfoComm

InfoComm 2026 software refers to the new wave of enterprise platforms, cloud PaaS solutions and automation tools that help organizations manage audio-visual systems, projection environments and hospitality operations at scale through connected, data-driven workflows. This year’s event showed that the focus is shifting from individual devices to full-stack platforms that handle monitoring, automation and industry-specific workflows. From cloud-native audio management to AI-aware device control, vendors are building ecosystems designed for enterprise AV management rather than one-off installations. The result is a landscape where projection mapping automation, remote diagnostics and hospitality management platform capabilities are converging into unified control layers. Across the show floor, five launches stood out: dBTechnologies’ Aurora Cloud PaaS, Xyte’s expanded Workflows and CLI, Utelogy’s Service-as-Software approach, Scalable Display Technologies’ Atlas projection platform and Uniguest’s vertical Hub suite for high-demand environments.

Aurora Cloud PaaS and the New Era of Connected Audio

dBTechnologies used InfoComm to link hardware and cloud with Aurora Cloud PaaS and the IS Series passive loudspeakers. Aurora Cloud extends the company’s Aurora Net software into a cloud PaaS solution for remote monitoring, device management and data analysis of professional audio systems, aligning directly with growing demand for connected, data-driven workflows. A real-time alert function reports disconnections or operational anomalies through immediate notifications, helping integrators respond faster and reduce downtime. Structured report generation and scheduling reinforce repeatable processes for maintenance and verification across multi-zone deployments. On the hardware side, the IS Series brings loudspeakers, IA Series amplification and control into a single, installation-focused platform aimed at consistent performance in permanent venues. Together, they form a blueprint for enterprise AV management that links on-premise audio performance with cloud telemetry, governance and long-term lifecycle monitoring.

Xyte’s Workflows, Automations and CLI for Device Fleets

Xyte’s latest release focused squarely on automation at scale, pairing expanded Workflows and Automations features with the new Xyte CLI command-line tool. Xyte CLI gives enterprise teams and AI agents a shared foundation for operating connected device fleets by turning repetitive maintenance into scripted processes. Teams can automate tasks such as pulling firmware versions across thousands of devices and comparing them against the latest public releases to flag outdated endpoints. A built-in Skills Bootstrap installs with a single command, preloading AI agents with operational instructions instead of requiring custom integrations. Sensitive actions still require human confirmation, keeping governance front and center and creating full audit trails. According to Xyte CEO Omer Brookstein, Xyte CLI is designed so “operators and AI systems” can share approved actions while maintaining accountability, moving organizations from AI-assisted insights toward safer, AI-driven operations.

Utelogy’s Service-as-Software Vision for AV Management

Utelogy arrived at InfoComm on the back of record growth and a clear message: AV management is becoming an autonomous service. Its enterprise platform is already used to manage hundreds of thousands of devices, consolidating AV, UC and IoT operations into a single, vendor-agnostic control layer. The company’s Service-as-Software (SaS) concept reframes AV tools as a digital workforce that continuously monitors rooms, diagnoses issues and resolves incidents before users notice problems. Built on nearly two decades as a system of record for meeting spaces and collaboration environments, Utelogy now emphasizes intelligent automation across deployment, configuration and troubleshooting. A redesigned user experience reflects this shift, focusing on telemetry, policy-driven automation and enterprise governance. For organizations facing large, distributed AV estates, the platform positions itself as the backbone for enterprise AV management, reducing truck rolls while improving room utilization and service quality.

Projection Mapping and Vertical Hubs Redefine Visual Engagement

At the visual edge of InfoComm 2026 software innovation, Scalable Display Technologies and Uniguest showed how specialized platforms can transform both immersive experiences and day-to-day communication. Scalable’s Atlas software powered a large-scale Mount Rushmore installation, using automated projection mapping automation to handle geometric correction, edge blending, color matching and alignment across complex 3D surfaces. During the demo, staff intentionally disrupted projector alignment and re-ran calibration, showing Atlas restoring a seamless image with minimal intervention. In parallel, Uniguest’s Hub platform demonstrated how a hospitality management platform can unify digital signage, IPTV and enterprise video across multiple sectors. Hotel Hub, Healthcare Hub, Sports Hub, Casino Hub, Enterprise Hub and Campus Hub all build on a single stack that now supports more than 1.1 million deployed endpoints worldwide, helping organizations consolidate tools, integrate existing systems and scale communications for mission-critical digital engagement.
