Built on nearly two decades of telemetry and vendor-agnostic control, Utelogy functions as a digital workforce: it monitors rooms, diagnoses issues, and resolves incidents with minimal human intervention, reducing truck rolls and downtime while improving room utilization. This vision moves AV operations closer to always-on managed services delivered through software, rather than reactive, ticket-driven support models dependent on local teams.
AI-Connected Signage and Enterprise Digital Experience
Digital signage platforms at InfoComm are shifting from simple content players to broader enterprise digital experience engines. Navori Labs previewed a composable, AI-powered signage environment that unifies content, data integration, analytics, monetization, and integrated device management. Its MCP (Model Context Protocol) creates a standard connection layer to external AI services and business systems, so teams can automate tasks and interact with networks through natural language. The same platform now manages e-paper, LED, and traditional displays from a single dashboard, cutting the need for multiple tools. Uniguest’s Hub platform follows a similar path, but organized by vertical: Hotel Hub, Healthcare Hub, Sports Hub, Casino Hub, Enterprise Hub, and Campus Hub blend digital signage, IPTV, and enterprise video with workflows tailored to each sector. According to Uniguest, its platform now supports more than 1.1 million deployed endpoints worldwide, showing how far these networks have scaled.
AI Agents, Automated Projection Mapping, and Integrated Device Management

Korbyt is adding AI agents to its platform so operators can manage devices and publish content more efficiently, with features like ScreenDetective promising faster fault detection on large display networks. In immersive environments, Scalable Display Technologies is extending automation into projection mapping. Its Atlas software platform performs automatic geometric correction, edge blending, color matching, and alignment for complex 3D surfaces, demonstrated on a large Mount Rushmore installation that is repeatedly misaligned and then recalibrated with minimal technical work. Atlas calculates projector positions in 3D using camera-based calibration, then applies the right warping to each projector. For operators managing multi-projector auditoriums, themed attractions, or campus events, this kind of software-led calibration brings the same always-on reliability now expected from enterprise AV management platforms.
Workplace Experience at Scale with Microsoft Places and DX Pro
Workplace experience is becoming a key part of enterprise digital experience strategies. 22Miles announced a native integration between Microsoft Places and its 22Miles DX Pro visual experience platform, designed to extend scheduling and wayfinding to every screen in the workplace. Microsoft Places provides intelligent scheduling and room reservation for hybrid work, while DX Pro connects that data to kiosks, interactive screens, videowalls, and space management tools. Once a user books through Microsoft Places, room boards and signage update in real time and can deliver 3D, turn-by-turn wayfinding from a lobby kiosk to the reserved space, all from a single source of truth that reduces scheduling conflicts. As Tomer Mann of 22Miles explains, this creates a unified flow where someone can walk up to a kiosk, book a meeting, invite colleagues, get directions, and arrive at a ready room in one continuous experience.
Training, Community, and the Emerging Software Ecosystem
Behind these platforms sits a growing need for skills and ecosystem support. HIVE’s launch of HIVE Academy answers this for media server workflows, giving operators, designers, engineers, and integrators a structured training and certification path from fundamentals to large-scale deployments in live events and immersive spaces. The program blends hands-on sessions, remote options, and an always-on knowledge base so teams can master real-world workflows. In digital signage, Vertiseit’s plans for Scala keep the focus on software and partners. Scala will return to a software-only, partner-only model under the Dise umbrella, combining Scala’s global brand recognition with Dise’s partner-centric reputation. According to Dise CEO Sebastian Kryh, the aim is to “bring Scala ‘back to the future’” as a pure platform distributed through integrators. Together with partner programs like Uniguest’s Unify initiative, these moves show that community, training, and channel strategy are becoming as important as code in the future of AV software.
