Ten Years of Taichi: From Flagship Boards to a Full Ecosystem
ASRock’s Taichi anniversary products are a unified line of enthusiast-grade PC components, spanning motherboards, displays, graphics cards, power supplies, and cooling, designed to deliver high-end performance with a consistent visual identity. At Computex, ASRock marked the 10th anniversary of its Taichi brand with a retrospective display tracing its origins from the X99 and X370 motherboards to the latest platforms. According to Overclock3D, the exhibit underlined how Taichi moved ASRock from a niche player to a familiar name among PC builders. What began as a flagship motherboard family now defines ASRock’s top-tier ecosystem, serving as its seal of quality for demanding users. The booth also introduced fresh Special Edition hardware that updates classic Taichi features with new aesthetics, connectivity, and cooling, tying the decade-long history to a forward-looking product stack.

New ASRock Taichi Motherboards for AMD and Intel
ASRock’s 10th anniversary focus naturally starts with ASRock Taichi motherboards. For AMD, the headliner is the X870E Taichi 10th Anniversary Edition, complete with 10G Ethernet, dual USB4 ports, and a large 64 MB ROM, plus a 24+2+1 phase power design with 110A SPS for VCORE and SOC. Wccftech notes that the X870E Taichi White variant adds dual PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and a full white finish that targets themed builds. On the Intel side, the new Z890 Taichi 10th Anniversary design mirrors the core specs of existing boards but introduces upgraded heatsinks and a reflective IO and SSD shroud. These Special Edition hardware updates keep the familiar Taichi layout while refreshing styling for collectors and long-time fans who want a visually cohesive platform on either CPU camp.

Taichi AIO Coolers: Dual-Pump Aqua and HOLO Anniversary Edition
Cooling is a major pillar of the Taichi anniversary products, with ASRock unveiling high-end Taichi AIO cooler options. The Taichi Aqua 360 LCD adopts a dual pump design, a transparent water channel, and G1/4" expansion ports for users who want to expand or refill the loop. A two-layer waterblock places a transparent RGB-lit chamber beneath a detachable LCD panel, and ASRock includes a dedicated holder so the magnetic display can be mounted anywhere on metal surfaces inside or outside the case. Alongside it, the Taichi 360 HOLO 10th Anniversary version adds flair with a spinning holographic display on the pump top, which users can customize with images or animations. Wccftech highlights that the HOLO’s pump also integrates a fan for VRM cooling and supports 0 dB operation when CPU load is low, blending aesthetics with practical airflow.

Latest Taichi GPUs and TempGuard Power Supplies
Graphics and power complete the Special Edition hardware set. ASRock’s AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT Taichi 10th Anniversary graphics card aligns visually with the anniversary motherboards and uses a triple-fan cooler to handle its 3100 MHz boost clock, making it one of the faster RX 9070 XT cards on the market. A white-themed RX 9070 XT Taichi variant mixes black and white accents, while a single-slot AMD Radeon AI PRO R9700 offers 32 GB of VRAM in a passively cooled design for compact or professional builds. On the PSU side, ASRock introduced Taichi TC-1650T and TC-1300T 10th Anniversary Edition units, both fully modular and equipped with TempGuard protection. TempGuard monitors the 12V-2×6 connector for overheating and can shut down the system to prevent damage, a useful safety measure for powerful GPUs drawing high current.

High-End Taichi Displays Bring QD-OLED and 540 Hz Panels
ASRock’s Taichi anniversary products now extend to high-end displays, adding three Taichi-branded monitors with a strong gaming focus. The TCO27USA and TCO27QXA models feature QD-OLED panels, with modes up to 4K at 240 Hz and 2K at 500 Hz, balancing resolution and extreme refresh rates for different competitive needs. Wccftech reports that each display targets 99% DCI-P3 color coverage and a Delta E below 2 for accurate color. The third screen, the TCO27QXB, pushes speed further with a 540 Hz panel based on RGB Tandem OLED technology, aiming for higher brightness and sharper motion clarity. While ASRock originally built its reputation on ASRock Taichi motherboards, these Taichi-branded monitors show the brand’s expansion into full-system experiences, giving enthusiasts a matched set of components from motherboard and GPU through to the main display.
