FOX’s new end-to-end agentic advertising platform, powered by FOX AdStudio, embeds agents across audience planning, media transactions, and activation, connecting linear and digital media in one workflow and reducing friction from insights to order fulfillment. Jeff Collins, President of FOX Advertising, said the goal is to create a “more seamless, automated and effective experience” while improving access to FOX’s premium inventory. Warner Bros. Discovery, working with Amazon Web Services, is rebuilding its internal workflows on a single agentic AI platform that plans, activates, optimizes, and monetizes premium inventory across its linear and digital channels. According to Warner Bros. Discovery, this converged stack will roll out unified media planning and composable order management, bringing previously siloed business units under one agent-driven operating model.
Stagwell and Horizon Media Push Agentic Operating Systems
On the agency side, Stagwell and Horizon Media are reframing their platforms as media operating systems, not point tools. Stagwell’s The Media Machine is a full lifecycle agentic media operating system built with over 20 intelligent agents. It supports agentic buying across Google’s GMP products, Meta, Microsoft & LinkedIn, TikTok and The Trade Desk within a single workflow, while blending automation and human expertise at every stage. A unified ID graph and continuous modelling feed audience-first planning and autonomous media optimization from brief through performance analysis. Horizon Media has added an “Agentic Orchestration Layer” to its HorizonOS Blu platform, positioning agents as an execution layer that reacts to performance signals across channels in real time. Its system focuses on orchestrating AI media planning, activation, and measurement together, aiming to remove workflow fragmentation and keep humans in the loop through explicit decision rights and governance.

LiveRamp, Yahoo and the Rise of Open Agent Networks
While media owners and agencies build their own agentic advertising platforms, infrastructure players are opening the ecosystem for specialized agents. LiveRamp’s Agent Builders (LAB) program is designed to bring more partner-built agents into its network, so marketers can transform planning, measurement, activation, and data transformation with AI inside existing LiveRamp workflows. According to LiveRamp, LAB’s pilot lets brands use agents from participating AI companies and deploy them through LiveRamp’s platform, while partners tap APIs and MCP servers to reach all LiveRamp customers. Yahoo’s Agent Network, referenced alongside these efforts, follows a similar pattern: third-party developers build agents that snap into larger platforms rather than stand alone. Together, these initiatives point to an agent marketplace model, where marketers assemble tailored constellations of agents inside broader operating systems instead of buying isolated tools.

From Automation to Autonomous Media Operations
Taken together, the FOX, Warner Bros. Discovery, Stagwell, Horizon, LiveRamp, and Yahoo moves mark a larger shift in how media is run. The industry is moving from automation within siloed tools to autonomous media optimization across unified, AI-native operating systems. Agentic advertising platforms now sit on top of shared data layers, treating planning, automated media buying, and measurement as one continuous loop. Agents coordinate everything from audience discovery and forecasting to pricing, campaign execution, and real-time optimization, while humans set objectives, constraints, and governance rules.
