What the HP Scuderia Ferrari AI PC Is

The HP Scuderia Ferrari AI PC is a limited edition laptop that blends Ferrari’s supercar design language with HP’s high-end computing hardware, pairing a transparent engine bay–style cooling system and Rosso Magma paint with a powerful AI-ready platform aimed at collectors and performance enthusiasts. This Ferrari HP laptop is the result of a two-year collaboration between HP and Ferrari’s design teams, and it is priced at USD 5,599 (approx. RM26,000). Production is capped at 5,000 units worldwide, with each limited edition laptop carrying its own laser-etched serial number on the underside. The machine is built around a 14-inch 3K tandem OLED display with touch support, a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 700 nits of brightness, so the visuals match the dramatic exterior. Under the hood, Intel’s Core Ultra X7 and 64 GB of RAM power the Copilot+ AI features.

A Transparent Laptop Cooling System Inspired by Supercar Engine Bays

Turn the Scuderia Ferrari AI PC over and it looks more like a scaled-down engine cover than a typical notebook. A Gorilla Glass window reveals the transparent laptop cooling system, with two fans, heat sinks and structural details laid out to mimic an exposed supercar engine bay. The glass panel features over 2,000 individually drilled micro-holes that let air move through while adding texture and visual depth. According to Engadget, “there’s also a transparent segment, dubbed the ‘engine bay’, where you can see the laptop’s processor and cooling system.” The concentric louvres that ring the hinge are inspired by Ferrari’s digital hypercar designs and help guide airflow out the back. Together, these elements turn a functional thermal setup into a kinetic display that makes this limited edition laptop feel like a concept car that happens to run Windows.

Luxury Laptop Design: Rosso Magma, Carbon Fiber and Motion Blur

The Ferrari HP laptop leans hard into luxury laptop design cues borrowed from Ferrari’s road and track machines. Most of the chassis is CNC-machined anodized aluminum finished in Rosso Magma, the same lustrous red used on the Icona Daytona SP3 and other halo models. HP and Ferrari apply zirconium bead-blasting to create a refined texture, while the underside adopts a carbon fiber–inspired skin that recalls supercar monocoques. The palm rest adds a lenticular finish that evokes motion blur, reinforcing the sense of speed even when the laptop is idle. On top, a light bar above the haptic trackpad and red keyboard backlighting channel Ferrari cockpit lighting. Between the glowing controls, carbon-flavored base and glass engine bay, this limited edition laptop brings Ferrari’s performance aesthetics to a form factor that fits in a messenger bag instead of a pit lane.

Performance, AI Power and Collector Appeal

Beyond its transparent engine bay and Rosso Magma shell, the HP Scuderia Ferrari AI PC is built for heavy workloads and AI-driven tasks. The 14-inch 3K tandem OLED panel supports touch, 120 Hz refresh rates and up to 700 nits, making it suitable for content creation and media. Intel’s Core Ultra X7 processor and 64 GB of RAM deliver the performance needed for AI tools, backed by Copilot+ capabilities that can reach up to 180 TOPS of AI processing. A dedicated Copilot key streamlines access to new AI features in Windows. Priced at USD 5,599 (approx. RM26,000) and limited to 5,000 units globally, this machine is aimed at tech collectors and Ferrari fans who want a laptop that doubles as a display piece. With US availability starting June 12, it is positioned as both a daily driver and a future artifact of this HP–Ferrari collaboration.
