Voice options now include adjustable pace and expressivity, and all conversations are synced via iCloud so the assistant feels continuous whether you are on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, or Vision Pro.
New Siri Experiences in iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, and visionOS 27
The Siri AI redesign anchors many headline iOS 27 features and carries through every major platform. On iOS, a new Siri mode in the Camera app lets you point the camera at a bill and ask Siri to split it with friends using Apple Cash or pull details from a poster to create multiple calendar events. Siri can also offer nutritional insights about a plate of food. Visual Intelligence extends similar on-screen and on-image understanding to iPadOS 27 and macOS 27—on iPad via the screenshot workflow and on Mac via a keyboard shortcut that lets you select screen content and type questions to Siri. On watchOS 27, AirPods, and CarPlay, the assistant is more conversational and context-aware, while on Apple Vision Pro under visionOS 27, Siri appears as a gaze-activated floating orb. Some features, including certain advanced capabilities, will roll out over time as the beta matures.
