Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.0 is a major NVIDIA graphics update that adds DLSS Frame Generation and ray tracing features to the game, improving visual fidelity and performance for PC players through AI‑assisted upscaling and more realistic lighting in its action-heavy urban environments. Its sky platforms, energy hubs and airborne vistas give ray tracing plenty to work with, from layered lighting to complex shadows cast by floating structures. The main story chapter “A Sleepwalker’s Confession” unfolds here, as the Proxies explore the restricted zone, confront anomalies in the Energy Hub’s Hollows and investigate Pyrois. New region-specific events such as Good Morning, Roscaelifer! and the Celestival Nexus Intelligence Dossier provide repeated reasons to revisit its spaces, encouraging players to experiment with higher settings and DLSS Frame Generation. Combined with fresh Agents like Velina, Norma, Sunna and the free S-rank Pyrois, combat in Roscaelifer should feel more striking on PC, with both performance and visual complexity pushed further than in earlier versions.
