The danger is that brand recognition, not technical evidence, becomes the main basis for trusting tools that directly shape legal decisions.

Law‑like answers delivered in a human‑sounding voice are more persuasive—and therefore more tightly bound to expectations of care.

What Malaysian Firms Should Ask Before Buying the Hype

For Malaysian law firms and in‑house teams, AI in law firms is arriving amid regional digital transformation and client pressure for efficiency. Adoption will likely start with research, document review and contract analytics, often via global vendors whose branding was built for US or European audiences.
