Hunting for Black Friday running shoes in Malaysia is easier when you know what each pair normally costs, because the same shoe can sell at very different prices at the brand's own store, a sports retailer and Lazada. Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday, November 27, with Cyber Monday on November 30, while Shopee and Lazada save their biggest sales for 11.11 and 12.12. Below are eight picks with their usual prices at brand stores and major Malaysian retailers, checked on September 23. Where a brand's store or a retailer was clearly cheaper than Lazada, we link there instead.

Around RM609 at Nike Malaysia, which had a few colours at RM487 when we checked, while Nike's own Lazada store had it from RM529.83. JD Sports Malaysia was lower still, at RM370 for a black men's pair. Nike's everyday road-running shoe pairs a full-length Air Zoom unit with a ReactX foam midsole and an updated fit with more room in the forefoot and toe box; JD lists a 10mm drop and about 300g in a men's US 10. 2. adidas Supernova Glide
Around RM539 at adidas Malaysia, where two men's colours and a women's colour were RM377.30 when we checked — less than adidas's own Lazada store, which had a white pair at RM404.25. adidas describes it as a neutral trainer for everyday runs, with a full-length Dreamstrike glow midsole, an 8mm drop and a rubber outsole that grips in wet and dry conditions; the men's version weighs 282g. 3. Skechers Vapor Foam (men's slip-on)
Around RM319 at Sports Direct Malaysia, which had it at RM159 on its website and its own Lazada store when we checked. This laceless slip-on has a stretchy knit upper with pull tabs, an Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole over a light Vapor Foam midsole, and it is machine washable. Skechers' own website had a similar style, the Vapor Foam – Covert, at RM199 in most sizes. On Lazada in UK sizes 8 to 11. Best for walks, travel days and errands rather than training runs.
4. Skechers GOwalk Flex (women's)
Around RM319 at Sports Direct Malaysia, which also had it at RM159 on its website and its Lazada store. A lace-up walking shoe with a breathable mesh upper, an Air-Cooled Goga Mat insole and a wide toe box; Sports Direct lists it at 219g, and it is machine washable. Skechers' own Lazada store had other GOwalk Flex styles from RM200, and its website had one at RM109, but only in two sizes. On Lazada in Navy Turquoise. For long days on your feet and brisk evening walks.
5. adidas Samba OG
Around RM569 at adidas Malaysia, where this white, green and gum colourway (JH8797) had sold out at a sale price of RM341.40; JD Sports Malaysia had other Samba OG colours mostly at RM539 to RM569. Sport Planet's Lazada store still had it at RM149.99 to RM199.99 depending on size, but only in UK 3.5 to 6. This pair has a full-grain leather upper with suede overlays and gold foil details on a gum rubber cupsole. On Lazada, from a store with six years on the platform and 98% positive seller ratings. Good value on a classic, if your feet are on the small side.

6. PUMA FAM Harimau Malaya Stadium Jersey
Around RM149 at PUMA Malaysia and Al-Ikhsan. PUMA's website had it at RM59 when we checked, and PUMA's own Lazada store at RM59.60 in some sizes, with others still at full price. It comes in yellow or black, in PUMA's dryCELL moisture-wicking fabric made from 100% recycled material (excluding trims and decorations), with a slim fit and a V-neck. On Lazada. A genuinely local pick for match nights and futsal; the Pre-match Jersey is another option, at RM79 on PUMA's website, down from RM199.
7. adidas Trefoil Essentials Tee
Around RM139 at adidas Malaysia, where this black version had sold out when we checked. Sport Planet's Lazada store had it at RM69.90 in sizes S to 3XL. A plain 100% cotton tee with a regular fit, a ribbed crewneck and an embroidered Trefoil logo. On Lazada. An easy everyday tee for the gym bag or the weekend.
8. PUMA Better Essentials Women's Tee
Around RM129 at PUMA Malaysia, which had some colours at RM90.30 when we checked. Sport Planet's Lazada store had the lilac version at RM48.90 to RM49.90, in sizes S to L only. A regular-fit crew-neck tee that PUMA says is made with at least 20% recycled cotton. On Lazada. A soft basic for warm-ups, errands and lazy weekends.

Which shoe size should I choose online?
Check the size system first. Sport Planet and Sports Direct list UK sizes on Lazada, while Skechers Malaysia's website uses US sizes, so the same number can fit differently. For the Vapor Foam slip-on, Sports Direct suggests half a size down if you have narrow feet.
