A flagship feature, BidLevel AI, accelerates one of the most time-consuming tasks in construction procurement: comparing complex subcontractor quotes. Work that previously consumed days or even weeks of commercial teams’ time can now be completed in minutes, freeing staff to focus on strategy rather than spreadsheet gymnastics. Beyond bid comparison, the company plans to use historical purchasing data to help firms estimate new project costs with greater accuracy. This shifts forecasting from intuition and “finger in the wind” guesses to evidence-based modelling, deepening the value of supply chain digitization.
Global Expansion and Institutional Confidence
The new funding will support ProcurePro’s expansion into key international markets, including the United Kingdom, the Middle East and North America. The company plans to make around 100 hires over the next 24 months to support this growth and accelerate development of its AI suite. Backing from a major sovereign wealth fund and a global construction heavyweight signals that institutional investors now see construction procurement AI as a category-defining opportunity, not a niche experiment.
