Co-founder Nicholas Torabi describes the market context bluntly: “Large enterprises are facing an unprecedented race against time to modernise their digital backbones before the 2027 deadline, but the industry simply lacks the human delivery capacity to make it happen.” The company plans to use the capital to grow engineering, SAP expertise, and enterprise sales, with a focus on consultancies and large corporates. This wave of enterprise software funding suggests investors see AI in ERP as a durable, not cyclical, category.
