That is a blunt statement of strategy: AI agents should not need bespoke wiring to touch core systems; they should inherit connectivity from the platform. The company expects Pinkfish capabilities to reach customers via its marketplace by the end of July, with native integration by Jan. 31, 2027. If this timeline holds, contact center AI agents move from experimental to operational, riding on MCP tool integrations instead of fragile custom scripts.
