Inside the Firefly AI Assistant, users can describe a brand name, visual style and color palette to generate a complete brand kit with logo, identity and reusable colors. Other tools turn product photos into short cinematic videos, assemble a Quick Cut first edit from clips and dialogue, and build storyboards that can be converted into video sequences. A new Elements feature lets creators save AI-generated characters, objects and locations and reuse them across projects, while Projects acts as a Project Memory layer, keeping assets, generations and creative context organized between Firefly and Creative Cloud. According to Adobe’s David Wadhwani, “Every creative now has an agent capable of helping them execute across every app and platform where they work,” underlining the goal of persistent, reusable creative context.

Connecting to ChatGPT, Claude and Creative Cloud AI Assistant Betas

Adobe is pushing its creative tools beyond desktop apps by making its Creative Agent accessible through leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot, with connectors for Google Gemini and Slack also on the roadmap. This means users can access Photoshop AI assistant capabilities, Firefly workflow automation and other Creative Cloud actions from within their preferred conversational interface. At the same time, Adobe has opened public beta access to the Creative Cloud AI Assistant inside major applications like Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Frame.io, while an After Effects assistant enters private beta. These betas allow users to decide which steps to hand off to the assistant and which to complete themselves, creating a hybrid workflow that blends conversational prompts, automated multi-step tasks and hands-on editing.
