On a feature checklist, it convincingly replaces a network streamer, integrated amplifier, DAC, HDMI ARC sound solution and wireless multi-room hub, while adding advanced DSP like ASE and AOA. Traditional separates may still offer wider upgrade paths and potentially wider stereo separation with well-placed speakers, especially in dedicated listening rooms.
