Standard is a flexible option with generic, unlabeled fields that you can adapt to anything else in your physical wallet. Tap any field to rename it and enter data; date pickers appear where needed. Add Barcodes, Customize the Look, and Use Your New Digital Pass
Every useful card needs a scannable code, and each template includes a section for a barcode or QR code. In manual mode, you can tap this area to enter the numeric or alphanumeric value printed under your physical barcode, or to add a code image if the interface allows. The Wallet editor also lets you adjust colors and background art, giving each card a distinctive look that is easy to recognize at a glance. Once you finish the layout, tap Add to save your custom pass to Apple Wallet. From then on, you can open Wallet, bring the pass to the front, and show the code at checkout, at the gym entrance, or at an event. While setup takes a few minutes, users report that the passes work reliably and remove the need to carry stacks of plastic.
