Intel’s Arc G-Series entry is a direct response to AMD’s grip on x86 handheld gaming, where Ryzen Z-series and semi-custom chips power many current portable gaming PCs. Earlier attempts, such as the original MSI Claw built around notebook-class Intel silicon, showed that raw CPU strength is not enough without purpose-built graphics and tuned software.
