A new funding agent embedded in payroll and workforce workflows continuously analyzes prevailing wage rates, apprenticeship utilization, fringe contributions, and certified payroll data to determine regulatory requirements and identify incentive programs contractors may qualify for on eligible projects. According to Lumber, federal initiatives including the Inflation Reduction Act, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, CHIPS and Science Act, and the federal AI Action Plan represent more than $500 billion in construction-related funding opportunities tied to Davis-Bacon requirements.
