Once linked and granted permission, an AI agent can pull live market data, check balances, and trade spot, margin, convert and both USDⓈ-M and COIN-M futures in the sub-account, while also sending and settling payments through x402 and interacting with tokens and DeFi protocols via the Agentic Wallet. Each action that moves funds or places orders follows a confirm-before-execute pattern by default—agents restate order details and wait for user approval—but users can relax these checks for near-full automation. On the wallet side, Binance sets daily caps on swaps, DeFi transactions, and x402 payments, pushing some basic risk controls into the product itself. In practice, this means casual traders can outsource analysis and execution to agents, yet they remain on the hook when the agent acts on outdated or hallucinated information and the trade goes bad.

Yet Binance does not see the reasoning process behind agent decisions—only the resulting trades—so its visibility ends exactly where the most critical risk lives.
