Palabra.ai’s growth points to a larger shift: enterprises now treat real-time translation software as a production tool. Customers include DHL, UNICEF, Hyundai, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, Fujitsu, DocuSign, eToro, and Agora, using it to support internal meetings and external communication. Integration with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams makes AI voice translation easy to adopt as an enterprise translation tool, while QR-based mobile access turns it into a flexible in-person interpreter. According to Palabra.ai, its service costs about 9.3 times less than hiring human interpreters, which changes the economics of multilingual events and recurring global meetings.
