Trupeer AI is positioning its workflow knowledge platform as infrastructure for enterprise workflow automation, not another isolated AI tool. The company has appointed former UiPath APAC President and CEO Raghu Subramanian as President and Chief Business Officer to drive expansion in the United Kingdom, bringing experience from building UiPath into a USD 35+ billion (approx. RM161+ billion) NYSE-listed automation vendor. Trupeer focuses on knowledge-intensive, compliance-documented industries where process knowledge is treated as a regulatory artifact. Its platform turns unstructured, multimodal workflows into SOPs, guides, training assets, videos, and AI-ready content that agents can act on. One FTSE 100 customer used Trupeer to train thousands of employees during a multi-country IT transformation, saving over 9,000 hours. By capturing workflows once and deploying them in more than 120 languages, Trupeer is framing AI agents as a layer that standardizes work across global capability centers.

Superpal brings autonomous AI coworkers into Slack
Lithuanian startup Superpal shows how AI agent platforms are moving directly into collaboration tools through deep Slack AI integration. Its product is a fully autonomous AI coworker that lives inside a company’s Slack workspace, connects to more than 1,000 tools, and handles tasks end-to-end. A user types a request such as preparing a pipeline review or sales presentation, and the agent pulls data across the existing stack, respects role-based access controls and privacy settings, and returns a finished deliverable. This approach aims to close the gap between AI power users and everyone else by embedding agents where work already happens instead of adding yet another dashboard. As co-founder and CEO Martynas Čepas puts it, “Businesses don’t need another tool that helps them think. They need solutions that bring results.” Superpal’s model underlines how embedded agents can become shared team infrastructure rather than individual assistants.
OpenText bets on sovereign cloud infrastructure and agentic AI
On the incumbent side, OpenText is tying AI agents to sovereign cloud infrastructure and security. The company plans to invest €105 million in Cork and Galway over three years, creating 400 jobs to advance what it calls three foundations of trusted enterprise AI: agentic AI, sovereign cloud, and cybersecurity. According to OpenText, teams in these locations will design, deploy, secure, and operate these capabilities for EMEA markets, including multi-agent collaboration, system boundary enforcement, and knowledge sharing across sovereign zones. EVP and CIO Shannon Bell notes that “organizations across Europe are looking for trusted partners that can help them deploy AI securely, govern it responsibly, and operate with confidence across increasingly complex digital environments.” For SAP customers, the move highlights that questions about where data resides, which systems agents can access, and how actions are monitored are now central to enterprise workflow automation.
