Alongside Creative Agent inside desktop apps, Adobe is reshaping Firefly into a persistent creative environment built around Project Memory. In the private beta, creators can store reusable characters, objects, assets and other generations as Elements, then bring them back across sessions and campaigns without rebuilding every prompt. This turns Firefly from a single-image generator into something closer to an AI design workspace that remembers brand worlds and story universes. That means a photographer, marketer or editor can describe a desired asset or edit from inside their chat workspace, then have Adobe’s tools carry out the work in the background. Adobe frames this as giving “every creative” an agent that operates wherever they already work, rather than forcing them to jump between windows. For photographers and video editors, the benefit is clear: more time on color, pacing and narrative; less time importing files or preparing exports. The strategy positions Adobe Creative Agent as the connective tissue for creative cloud automation, not only within Photoshop and Premiere Pro, but across the wider productivity stack where creative requests now often begin.
